I photographed this scene many years ago while out on my boat in Long Beach, California. These sea lions had claimed the top of a navigational buoy as the perfect place to bask in the sunshine, seemingly unconcerned with the boats passing by.
The title, #6 Ocean Avenue, came from the large number painted on the buoy and the fact that there really is an Ocean Avenue in Long Beach. The combination struck me as the perfect "address" for these contented residents.
